Thin Crashes using Attachment-Fu and S3 on Timeout

I have been trying out thin in the development environment. I have an application that is using attachment_fu and uploading to amazon s3. Although, modifications have been made to the s3 backend of attachment_fu (persistent => false) to try and fix "ERRO Timeouts" they still happen at times. When this happens, thin crashes. I will try and revise this ticket with the exact error messages in the near future.

do you have a backtrace in the thin's log or in the Rails log?
