Error installing Thin on windows

Hello,
I have this error when I try to install Thin:
Error
gem install thin
Building native extensions. This could take a while...
ERROR: Error installing thin:
ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.
D:/Dev/ruby/bin/ruby.exe extconf.rb

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
latest version (1.2.6) has windows binaries, should work

gem install thinshould work, installing v 1.2.6 which has windows binaries.
