Thin-1.2.5 - ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

I have devkit installed on my machine so it should build natives without problems, but it is unfortunately not so. This is what I get:

That looks like a Ruby issue. But thin now ships w/ cygwin binaries, give it a try.
