Thin claims Rails 2.3.5 isn't installed but it is.

Running "thin start" it complains that it's missing the rails 2.3.5 gem. However the rails 2.3.5 gem is indeed installed, and mongrel can use it without complaining. In case it matters, gems on this system are installed in the user's account not the system.
$ thin start

gem install -v=2.3.5 rails, update your RAILS_GEM_VERSION setting in config/environment.rb for the Rails version you do have installed, or comment out RAILS_GEM_VERSION to use the latest version installed.

rails (2.3.5, 2.3.4, 2.3.3, 2.3.2, 2.2.2, 1.2.3)
