Extend REQUEST_PATH limit

Hi, i'm currently hosting the website yuml.me and i got some
problems when trying to process very long URL (more than 1024
chars) because thin parser throw an InvalidRequest exception.
I dived into the code to change the REQUEST_PATH limit to a higher
value and now everything is working fine.
I think it could be interesting to rise this limit in the source
too, or to add some parameter to set it (in the config file) so
people who need longer URL support won't have to recompile the
module ^^
