Specify stats uri

We should be able to specify a stats uri either by passing it to --stats in the command line via
thin start --stats=/stats
or by including it in the config file.
Optionally we could also specify a username and password or use htpasswd.

We should also add the pid and/or port/socket that the thin process is running on.
