Problem when restarting cluster

Sometimes when I restarted my cluster I have this error that I can't fix.

I run thin through config file:
pid: /var/run/thin_cluster/myapp.pid log: log/thin.log timeout: 60 port: 4660 chdir: /var/www/apps/myapp/current environment: production daemonize: true address: 127.0.0.1 -

- State changed from “open” to “resolved”
I was not able to reproduce
Was it fixed w/ http://groups.google.com/group/t... ?
