Clean stale PID files when starting

As discussed in http://groups.google.com/group/t..., Thin should check for stale PID files and delete them instead of simply failing.
I've sent a Github pull request to macournoyer (relevant commit is: http://github.com/chuyeow/thin/c...)
Patch is attached.

I forgot to add, yes I did try to add a spec for this, but my brain isn't working right with all the forking and I couldn't get the spec to work properly (I'm not understanding something). If someone could put in a spec for this (into daemonizing_spec.rb), that would be great.
