    For example

    class DummiesController < ActionController::Base

  ...

    pid = fork do

    Mine have the same problem.

    When stopping, it shows a message "Can't stop process, no PID found in tmp/pids/thin.3303.pid"

    Thin 1.2.2
    Debian 5
    Linux 2.6.26 amd6...
